IoT Start-Ups! Here Is Your Ticket To Success – Le Connected Camp

Got a great idea for an IoT start-up? Then this one is for you!

Le Connected Camp an IoT and industry start-up accelerator is looking for new start-ups for its 9 months program.

Why are we so excited about this? Well, because choosing the perfect accelerator camp is like booking a vacation camp ground. You want to be as close as possible to the main attractions, surround yourself with people which help to make your stay even better and all of this with a reasonable price tag.

To start with: The program which will provide the selected start-ups with 9 months of acceleration program, workspace access and accommodation is free. Yes, that is right it’s FREE! In addition, after completing the acceleration program start-ups can stay at “La Passerelle” inside the IoT Valley to take next steps.

Let’s take a look at the location. The camp is part of the IoT Valley in Toulouse, France which is an initiative from entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs offering huge office space of which a big part is made available for innovative start-ups which profit from special leases and the ecosystem of experienced IoT companies.

As if this wasn’t enough, Toulouse has the second largest amount of engineering students in Europe, with high level universities like INSA, EPITECH, ISAE and ENSEEIHT. Le Connected Camp is connected with all of them in order to organise events and make the recruitment easier for its startups. Perfect location? Check!

Now what is inside and which facilities are included?

Le Connected Camp which is embedded in a high-tech environment and is one of the most exciting accelerator projects in Europe will offer start-ups the perfect tools to shorten time to market and move from prototype to production.

The provided ecosystem with a huge pool of mentors including experts from Sigfox, Citymeo, Intel as well as a number of CEOs who are currently located in the IoT Valley with their own companies offers start-ups the perfect community to solve tricky challenges and learn and grow during inspiring conversations.

In addition the participants of Le Connected Camp will have access to a huge network of worldwide tech company leaders located in Toulouse – and profit from the strong partnerships with technology companies such as Intel and Sigfox as well as sector partners like SNCF and AG2R. The sector partners add special value as they also buy IoT services related to industries like mobility, healthcare and infrastructure. Recently also Samsung joined the community to work with the startups.

The strong partnership with Artilect Fablab, the biggest fablab in France, holds additional benefits for the camp with the access to 3D printers, laser cutters and different tools to transform ideas into prototypes.

In addition the camp offers ping pong tables and coffee makers – amenities: Check!

So how to book your stay? Apply here until November 25! Selections will be made during December this year and the program starts in January 2016. Good luck shaping our connected future!
