The IoT offers unlimited opportunities and enables the fourth industrial revolution (“Industry 4.0”), new applications in medical environments, connected and intelligent cars as well as a flood of exciting consumer devices. At the same time we face new challenges like ensuring the security of the connections and data protection within networks.
Do you think you have what it takes to design and develop an IoT application that is both innovative and secure? Then you should register until 31 May 2015 and provide us with a rough outline of your idea. If we receive more than 50 great proposals our jury will vote the best and most promising ones. Once you are selected, you will get an Atmel SAM4 based Xplained Pro developer kit by the end of June to start your design. The design period ends on the 31 December 2015 by which you have to provide a working prototype and documentation of your work. The three best applications will be awarded at the embedded World 2016 and will be displayed at the booths of Atmel and EBV! In addition Elektronik magazine will present the best ideas and their makers on www.elektroniknet.de to the public.

So what are you waiting for? Register here!
